About one ton of grapes arrive at Wedding Oak Winery Saturday, July 28, 2012. The Grenache grapes were the first to arrive at the new winery facility and became the first fruit to be processed in its equipment.
In the video above, Master Winemaker Penny Adams explains her plans for the Grenache which will be part of a new Wedding Oak red wine blend that will include Mourvedre, Cinsault and Syrah.
