Tempranillo Reserve 2019 Texas High Plains

Grown in Lamesa, TX on one of the few rolling hills on the Texas High Plains, this Tempranillo thrives on the windy plains. This medium-bodied Tempranillo has a character reminiscent of Old World wines with good freshness and tannic structure.

Tasting Notes

Dark black-red color with aromas of fig, wild plum, sweet pipe tobacco, rose, and mineral notes. Moderate acidity and young tannins along with tart red fruit on the palate means that this wine should age very well.
