This wine has a shimmering pale gold color with aromas of nectarine, mandarin orange, lemon meringue, and tea leaf. On the palate, it is bright and crisp with bright flavors of lemon peel.
Grapes were from both Hill Country and High Plains vineyards harvested within one week of each other. Each lot was pressed, chilled and combined in tank, then fermented under cool temperatures until dry.
Fermented and aged in 100% stainless steel.
