Baby's Breath 2015

Off-dry blend of predominantly Roussanne from Rattlesnake Road Vineyards, Riesling from Mike Timmons, both in Brownfield Texas, as well as Muscat Canelli from Diamante Doble Vineyards in Tokio, Texas..

Tasting Notes

This wine has wonderful floral aromas from Riesling grown in the Texas High Plains. Rich honeyed pear from the Roussanne grape and fresh citrus flavors greet the palate and eases into lovely flavors of candied lemon peel, baked apples with cinnamon, and firm minerals with a clean finish.
