Traditional method processing makes for a beautiful rosé. Cinsault wine grapes harvested at the ideal ripeness for rosé winemaking, pressed immediately, and fermented cold.
Pale salmon color with aromas of strawberry shortcake, grapefruit, candied peaches, and flint. Flavors of tart grapefruit, medium+ acidity, and very subtle tannins complete a silky finish
For this rosé, we used lighter colored red grapes, harvested early for their acidity, and treated the red fruit more like we would a white wine, making a lovely pale pink rosé
