Deep salmon pink in color, aromas of bright cherry, strawberry shortcake, orange zest. Medium bodied on the palate from the lees stirring, but finishes with tart red fruit on an acidic finish

Winemaker Notes

Grapes were harvested for Rose, cold-soaked on skins for 24 hours, then pressed. Cold-fermented in stainless. Continually stirred fine lees for 6 months.
