Deep salmon pink in color, with aromas of bright cherry, strawberry shortcake, and orange zest. Medium-bodied on the palate from the lees stirring, but finishes with tart red fruit on an acidic finish

Winemaker Notes

Grapes were harvested as a Rose, cold-soaked on skins for 24 hours, then pressed. Cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks. Continually stirred fine lees for 6 months.
