Aromas of black cherry, cola, creme brulee, milk chocolate, flint. Light bodied red with moderate acidity and soft tannins with tart red cherry and milk chocolate notes on the finish.

Winemaker Notes

The light bodied Sangiovese was blended with some Montepulciano from the Texas High Plains to create a light- bodied but complex red wine. By aging the wine for 18 months in barrel, with 20% new French oak, the wine has excellent fruit flavors, savory notes, and structure.
