This winemaker-selected wine comes from Tempranillo grown at Mirasol Vineyard in Lampasas County, then aged in neutral French Oak.

Tasting Notes

This wine delivers aromas of ripe blackberry and raspberry, with a slight hint of rose petals and fresh leaves. A rich wine with flavors of fresh ripe red fruits and had a beautiful smooth finish.

The entirety of this Tempranillo lot normally goes into our Tioja production, however during aging and tasting in process eight barrels were selected to pull into the Reserve category that became this wine.
