It has previously scored 98 Points at the Experience Rosé Festival in California and won a Gold Medal and was named Texas Class Champion at the San Antonio Rodeo Wine Competition.

Enjoy Wedding Oak Rosé

You can’t go wrong with either of these award winners. Our 2023 Castanet Rosé captures the bright, expressive fruit of the Texas High Plains. 2023 Grenache Rosé showcases the elegance and depth of the Texas Hill Country. Rosé wine is super versatile, and you can enjoy it any time with or without food pairings. Here are some tips to enjoy it:

·        Pick the Right Glass — A white wine glass works best since it helps preserve the fresh aromas. Skip the big globe.

·        Serve It Chilled — But Not Too Cold. The ideal temperature is 45–55°F. Stick it in the fridge for about a half hour to 45 minutes and that should do the trick.

·        Have Fun with It! — If you want to mix things up, try rosé cocktails:

o   Rosé Sangria: Mix with fruit, orange liqueur, and a bit of sparkling water.

o   Frozé: Blend with ice, strawberries, and a splash of simple syrup.

o   Aperol Rosé Spritz: Rosé, Aperol, soda water, and an orange slice.

You can buy it by the glass, bottle, or by the case at any of the three Wedding Oak Winery tasting rooms in Burnet, Fredericksburg, and San Saba, Texas. You can also order it from the Wedding Oak Winery website. Cheers to Texas wine!
